Ideally located a few kilometers from the Ardèche gorges in the village of Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche, this farmhouse is ideal for making the most of your vacation, moments of rest or... teleworking for up to 8 people. Inside, you will have more than 110 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine of almost 30 m2, a living room combining kitchen, dining room and living room of almost 50 m2, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Outside: - a covered garage,
- a shaded west side courtyard of approximately 150 m2 with terrace on duckboards,
- and on the east side, a wooden terrace of 45m2 with a 180° view of Mont Ventoux + a grassy area of approximately 500 m2 with trees.
